The feeling that something isn’t right
Sometimes we carry a sense of unease with us for years without truly understanding what it is. A veil of exhaustion, a pattern that repeats itself in relationships, a lingering restlessness in
work or parenting. Deep down, we know there must be more, but it feels as though we are walking through fog—unable to see the path clearly, unable to sense the direction. It’s often not the outer
circumstances that keep us stuck, but invisible entanglements that have settled into our system and quietly shape our experience.
What one session revealed
In a recent session, I witnessed how these entanglements can accumulate over time. The woman I worked with was carrying a heavy load: ancestral pain inherited from her family line, a karmic
marriage that drained her energy, and a deep, unresolved guilt surrounding an event with her daughter. Although she was wise, sensitive and intuitive, her inner vision was clouded. Not because
she didn’t want to grow, but because she quite literally couldn’t see the path her soul was asking her to walk.
Layer by layer, clarity returned
We worked through the energetic layers with care and presence. Together we cleared her ancestral lines from generations of stored pain and unspoken resentment. We acknowledged and released a
karmic bond that had kept her in a cycle of self-sacrifice. We brought warmth and healing to her mother-heart, which had continued to punish itself for something that had once been beyond her
control. And most importantly: we restored her spiritual sight, so she could begin to feel and follow her soul’s guidance again.
The change was visible and real
What happened during and after the session was deeply touching. There was light in her eyes again. She could breathe more freely. A new connection opened with her hands, her creativity, her
motherhood and her womanhood. Not because her life had suddenly become perfect, but because she was no longer standing in her own way. She could carry herself again—with strength, softness and
clarity.
We carry more than we realise
This story reflects something many of us experience. We carry burdens we’ve never truly looked at. Past life dynamics, emotional residue from our family line, or guilt that was never really ours.
These hidden layers influence the way we relate, the way we work, the way we see ourselves. And until they are brought into the light, we keep circling around the same questions, without finding
the real answers.
