Newsletter 4 - end of November 2025

The final weeks of the year always carry a deepening kind of energy. It feels as if the year itself takes one last long breath before it closes. Many people feel more than usual during this time: clarity, sensitivity, vivid dreams, or old pieces that rise to the surface because they want to be acknowledged before the new cycle begins. It’s a period where your inner compass recalibrates itself.

While I’m traveling through Asia, I notice that this same movement is present everywhere around me: completing, opening, softening, looking ahead. In this newsletter I’m sharing a few themes that are showing up strongly in my work and in my own process these weeks.

Something shifts in our awareness during this time of year, and that’s exactly what my newest blog is about. The veils in December become thinner and our senses open in a different way: you feel more, you see more clearly, your dreams become sharper, and you intuitively notice what resonates and what doesn’t. It’s a month that invites you to slow down and be present, so that the more subtle parts of yourself can be heard again. The darkness doesn’t function as something heavy right now, but as a doorway into inner clarity. When it gets dark outside, something lights up inside.

In the blog you can read how this time of year helps you recognize, follow, and trust your own inner wisdom. You can find the blog here: Bloglink

Traveling and inner movement

I’m currently in Asia, and what strikes me every time is how traveling isn’t just a physical journey—it’s an inner shift. Before you leave, all kinds of emotions can surface that you didn’t see coming: tension, sadness, restlessness, or that strange sense of letting go while you’re still excited to go. In my blog I write about this in detail, because many people assume that emotions before departure mean you don’t want to go or that something is wrong, while in reality it often means your soul is already moving forward.

Being here, in the middle of Asia, I feel how my whole system opens. I meet new people, feel a different energy, and notice how easily you fall into a new rhythm when you allow yourself to simply be where you are. This journey feels like a mix of adventure, softness, inspiration, and inner work.

Sessions and availability

In December I have plenty of availability for online readings, especially because this time of year lends itself so well to reflection, intention, and clarity. If you’re interested in an end-of-year reading for contemplation or a new-year reading for direction, you’re very welcome. It can be grounding to get an overview of what the year has brought you and to feel into which direction is aligned for the year ahead.

Working in the in-between realms

In my work I’ve seen for years that the difference between live and online sessions is almost nonexistent. That’s because I don’t work on the level of the physical body or the room someone sits in, but from an in-between realm: a state of consciousness where time, distance, and location fall away. The moment a session opens, I shift into a field where I can tune directly into someone’s soul level. That field doesn’t depend on physical space or being in the same room. It’s a form of connection that arises as soon as someone is ready to be deeply seen.

This in-between realm emerges through the trance state I enter. For me this isn’t trance in the classical sense, but a sharpened state of presence where my frequency rises. When my vibration increases, I can access a layer where the veils are thin. It allows me to connect easily with my guides, high-vibrational helpers, and the information that lies beyond ordinary awareness. The images that come through, the energetic information that becomes visible, and the movement that opens all arise from that subtle layer—whether someone is sitting in front of me or joining through Zoom.

Now that I’m working from Asia, I’m reminded again how powerful and independent this field truly is. The sessions I give here carry the exact same intensity, purity, and depth as the ones in The Hague. Distance doesn’t affect the field I work in, because the process doesn’t move through the physical world but through a layer of consciousness that is accessible from anywhere. This is why I can offer my online sessions with full trust, no matter where I am.

What’s alive in me

Right now I’m in Vietnam, and I can feel how this journey touches me in all kinds of ways. Yesterday I visited the Bích Đông pagoda, a Buddhist complex I had no idea would be this enormous. It felt almost like a Buddhist version of Disney World—only completely serene. Temples everywhere, arches, golden details, hidden corners, soft mantra music, monks moving quietly through the space. I spent nearly the whole day there because it was so vast that you kept discovering new places without it ever feeling crowded. It had a quiet, refined beauty that landed in me immediately.

In contrast, I’m now staying in the touristy area of Tam Coc, and before this I was in the full intensity of Kuala Lumpur, surrounded by a huge mix of cultures. That contrast is one of my favorite things about traveling: moving from serene silence to buzzing chaos, from ancient temples to modern city layers. I just let it all move through me without needing to judge it. Vietnam feels like a blend of Cambodia, Thailand, and Indonesia; familiar and new at the same time. The people are direct and warm, which I love. And the food is incredible. The weather is soft and sunny, which makes everything even more enjoyable.

What I also appreciate here is the freedom of moving around on a scooter or bicycle. Riding through the landscape, passing waterways, small villages, and those wide green views creates a sense of freedom that’s hard to find anywhere else. It pulls me right into the moment, simply breathing and looking without a story, without a goal. That simplicity feels good.

At the same time I can feel how important it is for me to stay grounded. Traveling opens me a lot, and I can float away quickly if I’m not careful. Working and giving sessions along the way actually helps me stay connected to myself. It keeps me centered and prevents me from getting swept up in all the new impressions. That balance—being open to new experiences while staying steady within myself—is something I’m consciously practicing these weeks. It makes this journey not only beautiful, but also deepening and very clear.

As a closing note, I want to share that December is a month where everything you feel can land just a little deeper. Maybe you recognize some of the themes I’ve described, or maybe this period opens or completes something for you too. Take the time to listen to whatever is moving inside you. The darkness of these weeks isn’t just an ending; it’s also a beginning. An invitation to look honestly, soften your pace, and choose what truly aligns for you once the new year approaches.

Warm regards,
Hilde
