Newsletter end of March 2026

Hi ,

The past period has been marked by my birthday, and what I have noticed for years is that something shifts around this time in how I perceive. Just like around Christmas, when the veils feel thinner, I notice that this also happens around my birthday, but very specifically within my own field. It feels as if my access to information opens further, as if layers that would normally be a bit more distant now become directly visible.

In my readings, I notice very clearly that I see more sharply, move to the core faster and experience less “noise” between what is going on and what becomes visible. Information comes through more directly, patterns reveal themselves more quickly and what would normally unfold step by step is now clear in one movement.

This makes the sessions in this period different. More intense, but also much more concrete. I do not have to search or follow as much, because it presents itself. And that means that clients often reach a point more quickly where they can no longer avoid what is there. Not because I do anything differently, but because my perception is more open in this period.

At the same time, I also see that this asks something of the person sitting in front of me. Because the information is so direct, it can also be more confronting. Not heavy or overwhelming, but clear. There is less room for doubt or for keeping things somewhere in between. What becomes visible is often exactly what someone has already been moving around.

For me, this always feels like a yearly deepening of my work. As if I can see one layer deeper than usual, and within that lies the possibility to reach people more directly in what truly matters for them.

A deep sense of coming home in Australia

When I arrived in Australia, I felt, for the first time, a deep and direct sense of coming home. Not in a superficial way, but truly in my system. I have always carried a kind of homesickness for a place on this earth that I could not fully define. A feeling of missing something without knowing where it came from or where it was pointing to. Australia has been pulling on me from a young age, without any logical explanation.

Within 24 hours of being there, I felt it clearly: this is the energy I have always missed. There was no doubt, no searching, just direct recognition. As if something in me said: this is it, this is where you are meant to be. And within that space, there was also room to retrieve a part of my soul.

In that place, I consciously did a soul retrieval, bringing back a part of myself that was not fully present. Soul parts can separate through trauma, and that does not have to be limited to this lifetime. It can also originate in other lifetimes, in other realms or in moments you do not consciously remember. What happens is that a part of you steps away in order to survive or function, but in doing so, something of your essence is no longer fully available.

What I experienced there is that such a soul part is not just a memory, but truly returns as a presence. Since then, I feel more whole, more grounded and more present in myself. As if something has returned that not only completes me, but also directly influences how I perceive, how I work and how I move through life.

At the same time, it also became clear that there is still another part there. That was just as tangible. Not as something that needs to be retrieved now, but as something that still exists and will be retrieved at a later moment. That is also why I know I will return to Australia, not simply to travel, but because there is still something of me there.

What is important to understand is that a soul retrieval is not only something that happens within a session. It can also unfold in places and moments where you are ready for it. It does not require complicated techniques, but it does require a willingness to feel what is ready to return.

The effect of this is often very concrete. You feel more present, less fragmented, you make clearer choices and experience more inner calm. Not because everything is suddenly resolved, but because you are more whole within yourself. And that is exactly what I experienced there.

I also offer soul retrievals within a therapeutic session. In such a session, I look with you at where parts of your soul have been left behind and whether the moment is right to bring them back. When that is the case, I guide that process with you. You can book a therapeutic session and indicate that you would like a soul retrieval.

What I see happening in sessions

What has been very clear to me in my sessions over the past weeks is that people are no longer confused about what is going on. It is no longer a phase of searching, doubting or trying to understand. On the contrary, most people already know very well what is happening in their lives. They see their patterns, they feel where things no longer align and they recognize exactly where they are still holding themselves back.

And that is exactly the phase many people are in right now. A layer in between, where everything is visible, but life has not yet moved with it. Not because someone does not want to, but because something is still holding between inner knowing and actual action. As if you are already standing at the point of making a different choice, but your feet have not fully followed yet.

What I see is that this is rarely about a lack of insight. It is about actually breaking through what has been there for so long. Old roles, responsibilities, relationships or structures that once made sense, but no longer fit, are becoming visible. But letting go of that requires something beyond understanding. It touches safety, loyalty and identity.

And that is why this phase can feel intense. Not because something new needs to be figured out, but because the old is not fully released yet while the new is already making itself known. It creates a sense of being in between. Of knowing what is true, but not yet fully living it.

My role in this is not to bring in something new, but to make what is already there even clearer. So that it can no longer be avoided, but also does not become bigger than it is. Because ultimately, it is not about the perfect moment or the perfect step, but about the moment someone feels: I can no longer look away from this.

A deeper layer on the blog

Over the past weeks, I have written several blogs in which I explore themes that I not only see in my sessions, but that often remain under the surface in daily life. These are not abstract or distant topics, but very recognizable dynamics that many people are part of without fully seeing them.

The first blog is about why setting boundaries alone will not save your relationship. What becomes visible is that boundaries are often used as a solution, while they only address the surface of the dynamic. You can become clearer, say no more often or express what you want more directly, but if the underlying roles and dependencies remain the same, nothing truly changes. In some cases, it even creates more distance. What it really comes down to is the position you hold within the relationship and whether that actually shifts.

The second blog is about listening and becoming drained in a friendship. This is a pattern that often develops very subtly. You are there for the other person, you listen, you support, and at first that feels natural. But when that movement consistently goes in one direction, the connection shifts. It is no longer an equal exchange, but a place where you slowly become drained. What matters here is the moment you begin to feel that something is off, while still having the tendency to keep it going.

The third blog is about feeling lonely while your life continues as usual. This is a layer that can be confusing, precisely because nothing seems wrong on the outside. You function, you have contact, your life continues, but inside there can be a sense that you are not really in it. As if you are participating, but not fully present. What becomes visible is that loneliness is not always about the absence of people, but about the absence of real connection, with others and with yourself.

All blogs can be found on my website under blog.

A question I often receive

A question I often receive is how to get in contact with your guides. Many people assume this is something you need to learn or develop, as if there is a specific technique you must master before it becomes possible.

What I see is that it is usually not about learning contact, but about recognizing what is already there. For most people, there is already a form of contact, but it is often not taken seriously or not recognized as such. It comes through as an insight, a feeling, a sudden clarity or a knowing without a clear reason.

The confusion often arises because people expect it to be something big or very explicit. That they need to see or hear something in an unmistakable way. But in reality, it is often much more subtle and at the same time very direct. It lives in those moments where you simply know something without being able to explain it.

What is important is learning to feel the difference between your mind and what lies beneath it. The mind questions, doubts and seeks confirmation. Contact with guides usually feels calmer, more direct and without noise. It does not come with discussion, but with clarity.

At the same time, I also see that many people try to force this contact. By searching for it too actively or trying to make it happen. And that is often what blocks it. Because this kind of contact does not arise from control, but from openness and relaxation.

What I often recommend are the books by Sanaya Roman. In her work, you will find many exercises that help you recognize and deepen this connection step by step, in a way that is practical and accessible. It helps people not only understand what is happening, but actually experience it for themselves.

What is currently present for me

What has been present for me lately is how quickly things become clear, and how slowly life sometimes follows. I see it in my sessions, but I also notice it within myself. There is a sharpness now where things no longer remain hidden. You see more quickly what aligns and what does not, where you are still holding on and where you have already moved beyond something.

And at the same time, that clarity does not automatically mean that everything changes immediately. There is a kind of delay between insight and movement. As if you already know exactly where you are going, but life needs a bit more time to take shape around it.

What is interesting is that this in-between phase is often experienced as stagnation or doubt, while it is not that at all. It is a phase in which everything is reorganizing itself, but not yet visible in concrete changes. And it is precisely in that space that the tendency arises to push, search or try to speed things up.

What has been present for me is how to remain in that phase without immediately trying to resolve it. Without forcing it or creating the idea that something needs to be done in order to move forward. Because what I see is that the movement is already happening, it just has not yet taken a form you can hold onto.

It asks for a different way of relating to it. Not from action or control, but from the ability to stay with what is not yet finished. And that is often exactly where it becomes uncomfortable, because there is nothing yet to lean on, while the old has already been released.

For me, this is where the current deepening lies. Not in doing more or understanding more, but in staying with what is already visible, without immediately pulling it toward the next step.

A practical note

To close, I want to share what is currently possible in terms of sessions. At the moment, QHHT sessions are temporarily not available due to uncertainty around renovations in the building. There is currently too much noise, and for this work I find it important that there is complete quiet and focus, so I am pausing scheduling for now.

Clarity readings and therapeutic sessions can still be booked as usual. Therapeutic sessions include holistic EMDR, constellations, soul retrieval and power extraction, emotion coaching and inner child work. Mentorship sessions are also available.

In addition, you can book a business reading and a relationship or couple reading, alongside the clarity reading.

There is currently a lot of space in my schedule, so if you feel that something has become visible that you can no longer ignore, you can book a session through my website.

With warmth, Hilde
