I’m in my final week before leaving for Asia and still working full days, both live and online. It’s intense, but I deeply enjoy meeting everyone who managed to schedule a session in these last days. In between sessions I’m cleaning my home, packing, and preparing everything for Aapie’s caretaker.
Whenever I travel, someone stays in my home to look after him. I’ve been doing this for years through Trusted Housesitters, and it’s been a wonderful experience every time. The platform works with detailed references, which makes it reliable and safe. If you’re ever looking for a trusted house sitter—or a place to stay yourself—you can sign up via this link: Trusted Housesitters
Traveling by intuition
In the coming months I’ll be traveling without a fixed plan, guided by what presents itself—and, more deeply still, by intuition. Not because I already know, but because I don’t. For me,
traveling is not just moving from A to B; it’s a practice in listening to life itself. When I open myself to that field, I can feel the subtle guidance of the energetic layer I work in. Sometimes
it’s a clear image, sometimes an inner knowing that moves me.
In my newest blog, Traveling by Guidance of the Universe – Surrender and Trust as the Compass of an Intuitive Journey, I write about what happens when you truly dare to trust that inner direction. About what it means to act not from control, but from connection with something larger. Four weeks ago, I suddenly felt: it’s time to go again. No plan, no reason, just a clear impulse. So I booked a ticket to Kuala Lumpur without knowing where I’ll go next.
In that blog I share how I notice the universe sometimes places a transparent wall in front of me when something isn’t aligned yet—and how that is actually an invitation to surrender. Travel becomes a mirror for life itself: you can’t plan everything, but you can learn to move with what is. That’s what I’m doing now—living and working in the same rhythm of trust, knowing that the path only reveals itself once you take the first step.

Why we often make our path heavier than it needs to be
One of my new blogs connects beautifully to this theme. It’s called Why We Often Make Our Path Heavier Than It Needs to Be and it explores the subtle
trap of wanting to grow. Many people on a conscious path recognize this: the feeling that you must heal, understand, or fix something before you can truly move forward. But what if spiritual
growth isn’t about effort, but about gentleness? In this piece I write about the tendency to “work on yourself” as a survival strategy—and how that same mechanism can later stand in your way.
The soul doesn’t grow by pushing harder; it grows through surrender, rest, and trust. When we approach spirituality as something that has to “work,” we lose its essence. Stillness isn’t something to achieve; it’s what opens naturally when you stop trying. In the blog I share my own experience—how moments of stillness often don’t mean you’re stuck, but that you’re integrating what you’ve already learned. The soul doesn’t move in straight lines, but in spirals, and sometimes a step back is actually a deepening within.
The piece invites softness: to release the pressure to move faster, and to trust in the divine timing of your own path. Growth doesn’t need to be grand or quick to be real. Sometimes the most powerful step is to stop doing—to breathe, rest, and allow life itself to show you the way.
If you recognize this, the blog might help you walk lighter and remember that you are exactly where you need to be. You can read the full piece here: Blog link
Follow my journey
In the coming months my journey will unfold without a set plan, and that makes it even more special to share. Through my PolarSteps page you can follow along—not as a tourist, but as a fellow
traveler in awareness. I don’t share perfect pictures there, but moments of realness: a temple that moves me, a conversation on the road, the scent of rain after a storm. Sometimes it’s a short
reflection on what life is showing me, sometimes just a smile from the day.
For me, traveling is a spiritual practice in itself. Every landscape, every encounter, every silence reflects something of the inner path. Writing and sharing help me stay connected to that current of meaning. If you’d like to travel along, you can follow me on PolarSteps and see how the journey unfolds—step by step, guided by intuition, synchronicity, and trust.

Online and live sessions during my travels
Even while traveling, I’ll continue working—it feels like a natural extension of what I do. The energetic field I work within isn’t bound by time or place; it travels with me. Whether I’m in
Kuala Lumpur, Chiang Mai, or on a small island by the sea, the alignment remains just as clear. Sessions unfold from the same depth and purity, carried by the field that is always present.
From Asia I’ll be offering online sessions such as readings, therapeutic sessions, business readings, relationship readings, and mentorship sessions. Experience shows that distance doesn’t diminish the work’s power—if anything, many clients feel more spacious and grounded when receiving in their own environment. There are still a few open spots in November; you can reserve them via Website link.
I offer QHHT, holistic EMDR, and systemic constellations exclusively live, as these forms require a physical grounding. If you’d like to book one of those, you can choose to wait until February when I’ll be working live in the Netherlands again. New live appointments are already available in the agenda. If you prefer not to wait, I’ll gladly refer you to a trusted colleague who works in a similar way.
Free training Awaken Your Soul Power
In the previous newsletter I shared the free training Awaken Your Soul Power, and it’s been wonderful to see how many people have joined. Many of you
have already started the first lessons, and I’m hearing beautiful feedback—stories of clarity, calm, and the realization that the strength you’re looking for isn’t outside of you but already
within. That’s exactly what this training is about: remembering what was always there.
If you haven’t joined yet, you can still sign up. Awaken Your Soul Power offers a gentle way to get to know your own energy field, to recognize family patterns, and to sense how your soul points you toward direction and purpose. You can find the training here: Awaken your soul power link
Guides without names
On a different note: in a new blog I write about working with guides without names—and why it can be liberating not to know who’s speaking. Many people seek reassurance in names and identities,
but true alignment begins when you dare to listen without needing to control. In this piece I share how I learned to trust the vibration of truth rather than the form it takes. If you’d like to
read how to practice this in your own channeling, you can find the full blog here: Blog

Traveling in the rhythm of water
In the weeks ahead, my journey will unfold in the rhythm of water. Across much of Southeast Asia the rainy season is still present, and some areas are even affected by typhoons and floods. I
notice how this invites me not to plan but to flow. Water always finds its own path—and that’s exactly what I’m doing now: not forcing, but following what moves. I don’t yet know exactly where
I’ll go next. It will reveal itself along the way, just like inner work does: step by step, with trust in the direction that unfolds naturally.
Warm regards,
Hilde
